Fans of the Jurassic Park trilogy will already be glued to their newly released Blu-ray boxset and following our interview with Ariana Richards at the start of the week we’ve got another interview with someone who, less directly, was also partially responsible for the films.
Filmbeat travelled to Montana to speak with the man who inspired the character of Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park trilogy, Paleotologist Jack Horner. He was also a lead technical adviser for the films. He’s the kind of guy you want doing the commentary for the films and he seems pleased that his work inspired thousands of kids to take up the spade*.
