Top 10 Trailers From E3

StumbleUponRedditPinterestShare

So, E3 is over for another year, the dust is settled and the disappointment of not seeing any real next-gen machines is fading away. But hey, who needs next-gen when there are so many good games on the horizon? Not only were there some great looking current generation games, there were also some glimpses of what we can expect from the PS4 Or Xbox 720 (or what ever they will be called) So many in fact that it was kind of tricky to pick out just ten of them for our top ten list. But it is our duty as gamers and bloggers to compile a list and that’s just what we have done for you. This is just our humble opinion of course, we would like to hear from you guys about what were your highlights from E3 2012.

10. Zombi U
2012 was the first year for Nintendo to really show off what the Wii U was all about, even though their press conference was luke warm at best, there was one highlight. Zombi U, an original IP and a game that seemingly made the most of the Wii U’s unique features. It looked great,  with some genuine cleaver uses of the tablet controller. And seeing a mature game on a Nintendo console is always good in my book.

9. Far Cry 3
Far Cry 3 wowed us a little bit when it was first unveiled, but with this trailer, Ubisoft  really pulled out all the stops. There is nudity, shooting, stabbing, explosions. and of course that beautiful paradise island and the rather scary unhinged characters. What’s not to like?

8. Tomb Raider
Tomb Raider just looks better and better every time we see it. Seeing the once mighty Lara Croft appear younger and well, more human is and interesting concept. Sure some people may say its just Uncharted with boobs, but that can’t be a bad thing right?

7.Spinter Cell: Black List
This was a bit of  a surprise for me at this years E3, there had been no indication that a new Splinter Cell game was on the horizon, but when Ubisoft announced Splinter Cell: Black list, I jumped up and took notice, being a massive fan of the games. The new game promises new gameplay elements and vertical gameplay. Judging from the trailer, Black List is set to be the best looking Splinter Cell game to date.

6. Transformers: Fall of Cyberton
Another awesome trailer from the guys at High Moon Studios. Every trailer they produce is a million times better than the god awful movies. Plus, this trailer has the Dinobots and, and It has the whopping great big City transforming mega robot Metroplex.

I agree with most of the list but would have added Assassins Creed : Liberation for such a little machine i thought the graphics looked awesome.
