There are only a few weeks until we return with Peter Jackson to Middle Earth for the first in another trilogy of film based on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is out in cinemas on the 13th of December but if you can’t wait (and if you fancy sporting a clump of Dwarf facial hair) Warner Bros. have launched an app which allows to do just that.

All you need to do is click on the link below and once the page and app have loaded you need to allow access to your webcam. A few clever internet things later and you can see yourself as any of the Dwarves. Silly? Yes.
