The First Trailer for Les Misérables Starring Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe & Directed by Tom Hooper

Here’s the first trailer for the big-budget movie adaptation of Les Misérables which is helmed by the man who brought us The King’s Speech two years ago, Tom Hooper. The latest Les Mis has a cracking cast which includes Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway , Eddie Redmayne and Amanda Seyfried to name but a few.

The first trailer sets up the story and introduces us to all the main cast-members with the overture of ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ sung beautifully by Anne Hathaway. Another Oscar on the cards for Mr Hooper? I guess time will tell but surely it’s already going to be getting a ‘Best Costume’ nod along with a best Score?

It looks fabulous and even I am excited to see it!
