Be afraid. Be very afraid. Here are the US and international posters (via IMP Awards) for the new Adam Sandler comedy, Jack and Jill.

Yep, for those out there who don’t feel like you get your bang for bucks during a normal Sandler comedy, The Waterboy star plays the dual role of identical twins. Jack is a successful advertising executive in LA whose zany sister from the Bronx, Jill, comes to visit and proves to be a nightmare to get rid of. Al Pacino (yes, AL PACINO!) co-stars as himself, presumably giving himself the De Niro Rocky and Bullwinkle, Little Fockers-style career make-under.

These posters wouldn’t have looked out of place on the wall of Sandler’s character’s mansion in Funny People alongside those imaginary, seriously below-par films which were being parodied. Depressing.

To mark the release of Meet the Parents – Little Fockers on DVD and Blu-ray from Paramount Home Entertainment on April 18^th, we’re giving away Little Fockers prize packages for three lucky readers, including the Meet the Parents – Little Fockers DVD and a ‘Godfocker’ t-shirt and mug.

Here’s a tasty bit of casting news to enliven an otherwise uneventful Friday afternoon, and don’t feel “Guilty” if it gets you excited too.

70’s music/movie megastar Barbra Streisand will star alongside modern-day slacker and member of the Apatow fraternity, Seth Rogen, in comedy My Mother’s Curse. The Yentl star has been cast as Rogen’s mother in the film, whom he takes on the road with him as his inventor character attempts to sell a new exciting creation.

Apart from appearances in both Meet The Fockers and Little Fockers, Streisand has been away from the big screen since the mid-90’s, when she directed and starred alongside Jeff Bridges in The Mirror Has Two Faces.

Directed by The Proposal’s Anne Fletcher, the film is set for release around this time next year.

Yahoo have debuted this first clip from the third installment of the Meet the Parents franchise, Little Fockers. In the clip, we get to see Greg (Ben Stiller) and Jack (Robert De Niro) talk about genetics. Greg (Ben Stiller) and Jack (Robert De Niro) talk about genetics when it comes to Greg’s twins, Sam (Daisy Tahan) and Henry (Colin Baiocchi) and how a twin can get an extra chromosome from the mother or one from the father’s side of the family resulting in a fart joke!

No doubt this will keep some amused! Little Fockers stars Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Dustin Hoffman, Teri Polo, Barbra Streisand, is directed by Paul Weitz and will be with us 22nd December.

Universal Studios have another new trailer (via Yahoo) for their new movie, Little Fockers. Although there’s been some worries about this third installment in the ‘Meet the Parents’ franchise, I’m still looking forward to it but I could well be the only one?! In this trailer we get our first glimpse of Dustin Hoffman after reshoots were done to include him.

This new poster follows the Love Actually style of Christmas movie with the bow border lining the bottom of the poster. I guess if the formula aint broke……

MTV have gifted the world with 28 new images for movies that are coming up over the next few months. In a series of posts over the next few hours, I’m going to be putting up the image(s) and giving you a low-down on the cast, the synopsis and the release date (if there is one). The first image of Jessica Alba has been released for Little Fockers as well as a new image of Robert Di Nero and Ben Stiller in the third movie in the Meet the Parent’s franchise.

The movie also stars Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Dustin Hoffman, Laura Dern, Harvey Keitel, Teri Polo, Barbra Streisand and is directed by Paul Weitz.

Little Fockers is released in the US & UK December 22nd.

Things aren’t going as swimmingly as they should be on the third installment of the Meet the Parents franchise, ‘Little Fockers’ according to website Deadline. They tell us that a week of ‘pickups’ (shots that were missed in the initial filming process) are required to complete the movie and also that Dustin Hoffman has been convinced to re-join the movie in which they will shoot four full scenes.

The notoriously difficult actor was written out of the Meet The Parents threequel altogether when Universal couldn’t reach a deal with him. But John Hamburg and Jay Roach helped convince Dustin to reprise his role which is “not dissimilar to what we were pitching him in the beginning,” an insider tells me. Hoffman won’t come cheap. “It’s costing what we were going to pay him in the first place,” my insider explains.

I’m pleased to see Hoffman will be back as he was one of the best characters in the second movie, Meet the Fockers in my opinion.

More De Niro for you tonight as a new trailer for the third film in what has sadly become known as the Fockers trilogy has hit the internet.

It’s a little less slapstick that the first trailer we saw, but only just. And it’ll be interesting to see how much mileage thy can get out of the vowel replacement hilarity of ‘Little Fockers’ – in the last trailer Blythe Danner said it, in this one Barbara Streisand lets rips and while I really like the Stiller/De Niro dynamic the trailer points to a landing a little beyond parody at this stage. I mean – God Focker?

Little Fockers pits Robert De Niro against Ben Stiller once again, with Barbra Streisand, Teri Polo, Owen Wilson and Dustin Hoffman returning and Laura Dern, Jessica Alba and Harvey Keitel pop their Focker cherry this time. This installment has been directed by Paul Weitz, from a script by John Hamburg and Larry Stuckey.

But, I enjoyed the first two, so here’s hoping.

Looks like Christmas is going to be a funny time this year everyone as Little Fockers (Meet the Parents 3) is going to get it’s release. Shame the poster is so boring though!

I’ve woken up this morning to find the new trailer for the movie all over the internet and I’m pleased to bring it to you. The movie is directed by Paul Weitz and stars Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Jessica Alba, Laura Dern, Harvey Keitel, Teri Polo and Barbra Streisand but does that mean Dustin Hoffman isn’t appearing in the third installment? IMDb have him credited but since he’s not mentioned or seen in the trailer I wonder if he’s just going to cameo.

Late last year we bought you news of a couple of interesting cast additions to the third film in the Fockers franchise, tentatively titled Little Fockers, and now Universal (via MovieWeb) have released a couple of new production stills from the Paul Weitz directed film.

Nothing earth shattering on show but it serves to throw us back into the, now familiar, world of Meet the Parents along with newcomer Harvey Keitel causing trouble.

There’s a long wait for this one though, Universal pushed the film back from its July release date to a more festive 22nd of December to make way for the paranoid sci-fi drama The Adjustment Bureau.

So, not only do Universal Pictures release the first images of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World to us, but they pretty much release their entire catalogue for the upcoming year via Rope of Silicon. I’m not going to go through the entire list of their movies but I’ll give you a brief run-down of what I’m looking forward to with their synopsis. Assembling an elite team of experts–Lt. Dixon Piper (Ryan Phillippe) and Vicki St. Elmo (Kristen Wiig)–MacGruber will navigate an army of assassins to hunt down Cunth and bring him to justice. THR are reporting that another legend has joined ‘Little Fockers’ (Meet the Parents 3) and this time it’s Harvey Keitel. According to the website, Keitel will play a contractor employed by Stiller’s character.

He’ll accompany the regulars Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner and Owen Wilson. Jessica Alba and Laura Dern are also joining the production which is scheduled for release in the US 30th July 2010. The movie is directed by Paul Weitz (In Good Company).

The Ben Stiller/Robert De Niro comedy series which began with Meet the Parents and continued with Meet the Fockers is back with the third film in the series, Little Fockers, and while the dubious title may not raise much of a smile the Jay Roach films were far better and far funnier than we had any right to expect.

The original film was an excellent example of a moderate script raised to hilarious heights by a stellar cast. Stiller plays his regular Ben Stiller character, graciously allowing the parents, played by Blythe Danner and a psychotic and brilliant De Niro, to go crazy with their characters. The result was amplified by the addition of the Fockers, the titular parents of the second film played by Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand.

With the third film under starter’s orders we’ve learned from Empire today that Jessica Alba has signed on to play a part of a pharmaceutical rep. I’m sure she’ll add something to the third film which will deal with birth of a baby and the ensuing familial chaos. Fingers crossed for this one.
