Here’s a rather surreal shot for a Friday morning but it amused me greatly and had to go up! It’s not often you’ll see two of the greatest 80s action stars in bed next to one another but today is the day to make it happen as Arnold Schwarzenegger posted a picture on WhoSay.com of himself and Sylvester Stallone in adjacent hospital beds after they ‘bumped’ into one another while waiting to be seen for shoulder injuries.

Schwarzenegger posted this fab photo with the accompanying text:

After all the action, stunts & physical abuse shooting The Expendables 2 and The Last Stand, it was time for a little tune up on my shoulder. Look who was coincidentally waiting in line behind me for his shoulder surgery. Now we’re ready for another round of great times and action when we shoot The Tomb. #greattobeback

As Schwarzenegger mentioned in the text, we’ll see  the pair of them in The Expendables 2 which hits cinemas in August.

We love McG here at HeyUGuys mainly because he recently serenaded Ben on the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie and it made us laugh a lot! This video below could probably go down as one of the most random videos we’ve ever posted on HeyUGuys. It was so random that I thought it needed to go up! While searching for videos on YouTube for This Means War, I can across this rather crazy footage which basically shows director McG and one of the stars of the film Tom Hardy dropping their pants (in the English sense of the word) and getting shot in the bum with paintball guns!

It was obviously part of a dare and it’s interesting to see that neither Chris Pine nor Reese Witherspoon joined the two crazy blokes in the fun! One thing it does show is that McG is obviously a man that you want to have around if you’re up for a bit of fun on set and also that Tom Hardy is up for anything.

I’d give some caution that this video is probably NSFW and contains swearing but is a rather funny watch as it shows two famous people having a lot of fun!

This Means War is released March 2nd and if you missed it yesterday, here’s nine minutes of the film for you to watch. We also have interviews with Reese, McG and Chris Pine from the UK premiere and we’ll have a more in-depth video with McG nearer the release of the movie.

Lana Del Rey’s well known song Video Games was ripe for the picking when Holly Laurent from The Second City and Martin Wilson from Mister Important Words decided to parody the music video by turning it into a tibute for The Hunger Games! The video has already had 35 000 views on YouTube since it was posted yesterday and no doubt that will rise steadily! It’s a great little parody from a great song so have a little watch below and enjoy!

We’ve had the cuddly Bane, the cuddly Cat Woman and the cuddly Batman but I know all of you were disappointed that no one had brought out a Mr. Potato Head Batman character! Well, fear not as BigBadStore.com are selling this rather fetching version of the everyone’s favourite potato character known as ‘The Dark Knight Spud’!

Mr. Potato Head was a main character in the Toy Story franchise and with the possibility of a fourth movie, I am desperate for Disney to get talking to Warner Bros. to get The Dark Knight Spud to feature in the new movie! Get those lawyers chatting studio people!

He’s due to arrive June 2012 so get your pre-orders in!

I was literally about to hit the hay when I spotted an Expendables Facebook page (with a nod to MovieWeb) put up these three rather astonishing comic promotional images for the new movie. They show Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Scott Adkins, in comic form and I absolutely love them! I have no idea if these are official or not (I’m pretty sure they are not – let me know if I’m wrong) but thanks to however made them for doing something a little different and putting a smile on my face! If of course they are legit, kudos to Lionsgate for doing something a bit different with your marketing plans.

The task looks like an easy paycheck for Barney and his band of old-school mercenaries. Here’s something you don’t see every day! Last night, Ben Mortimer and Colin Hart attended the UK premiere of This Means War in Kensington, London (see their full report including interviews with Reese Witherspoon and Chris Pine shortly) and ended up being serenaded by the film’s director.

This footage shows what sort of atmosphere was on the carpet last night as Ben Mortimer’s dreams came true as the Terminator Salvation Director, McG decided to sing Michael Jackson’s song ‘Ben’ to him on the spot!

I’ll say no more but watch on and enjoy!

The Artist is current scouring the globe for nominations and eventual wins in every category going but as this awesome blooper reel for the movie shows, not quite everything went to plan. That said, it is simply brilliant watching the cast have as much fun with the movie as you’d see from any normal blooper reel from any other movie, just in silence!

Last night, , news broke that MGM will be releasing all the James Bond movies on remastered Blu-ray and they released a rather fabulous trailer to coincide with it. If you missed it, you can see the trailer here and pre-order the boxset here.

Now on the flip-side of that, we know that James Bond is not only a very cool British agent, but he’s also a womanising chauvinistic pig! But hey, he’s been doing this for 50 years now and I guess people sort of let that side of him slide. Or do we?!

This video from RunningConrners has done the rounds on twitter today I guess since people started hunting for more James Bond parody videos (this one is from October last year) and it’s so good, I had to share it with you. It basically used the famous James Bond theme song and add lyrics to it detailing exactly the sort of man James Bond is.

Are you the type of person who likes watching the stimulating highlights over the real thing? Do you always want to get straight into the filthy action without any of the messing around? Do you like people going on and on about Charles Dicken’s no matter how incompetently?

Well Ultra Culture has recently solved your Christmas wishes with some red hot footage of Derek Jacobi’s exploits in one of the worst documentaries ever made; Charles Dickens’ England. And since it’s Christmas I think it’s high time you discovered it.

Throughout his ponderous whistle-stop and then stop some more tour of Charles Dickens’ life (featuring visits to London and numerous country idylls) our man Derek often comes off about as bumbling and inarticulate as Boris Johnson in a blender. Spending most of the running time wandering around with the forlorn bewilderment of a man who has recently misplaced his nipples one has to wonder how the hell this film ever got made, let alone released. You also have to wonder if Jacobi was having some sort of prolonged seizure throughout, that or a grievous miscarriage of judgement.

Watch as he watches things. Look as he looks at things. Laugh as he laughs. Gasp as he gasps. Gawp as he gawps. Read a biography of Dickens instead of watching this pile of self indulgent arse. It’s like watching Jacobi taking a nice warm soak in Dickens’ reflected glory whilst covered in the bubblebath of late career insanity. So the question is; why is it so funny?

If anyone was in any doubt as to why Charles Dicken’s England is often considered one of the worst films of the last few years here is the evidence. It’s plodding, it’s awkward, it’s self-satisfied, it’s quite frankly terrible, but d’you know what? It’s hilarious. And I wouldn’t have it any other way:

It’s festive, it’s funny, it’s lunchtime, it’s a brilliant series and this is a awesome fan-made poster courtesy of Geek of the Day.

“Camp Kuleshov” is a competition in NYC, CHI and LA between assistant editors. They are given a film and asked to edit a trailer for the movie taking it from its original genre into another genre. Caleb Hepler’s “Shark Song” took first place.

To conicide with the release of Cowboys & Aliens, Paramount Pictures have sent over this infographic giving us a full run-down of who would win in a fight between numerous cowboys and aliens if they were to go head to head!

The movie is is helmed by Iron Man director, Jon Favreau and also stars Sam Rockwell, Noah Ringer, Paul Dano, Clancy Brown, Keith Carradine, Adam Beach, Abigail Spencer and Walton Goggins.

I didn’t know what to title this post as what you’re about to see is truly spectacular. When people write ‘must watch’ on videos I am often sceptical but this video really is one that you MUST WATCH!

Last night, Neil Patrick Harris opened the 2011 Tony Awards with a rather upbeat number but not only did it come as a surprise, it had cameos from various a-listers and an amazing comical song with the title ‘It’s Not Just For Gays Anymore’. Performed in front of some of Hollywood’s most legendary actors, Harris didn’t show a single nerve as he performed the song and mocked various members of the crowd during the performance which, as I said in the title, has set a new benchmark for how all award ceremonies should open.

I’ll shut up now but have a watch of this and I promise you’ll like it! It just gets better and better!

This video is completely brilliant and had be laughing throughout just through the way that it’s cut together and the quite staggering number of times that the words, ‘Jack’ (Leonardo DiCaprio) and ‘Rose’ (Kate Winslet) are mentioned in James Cameron’s epic movie, Titanic.

It’s taken 10 years of working as the most famous wizard in the world but Daniel Radcliffe has finally admitted to the world that he really IS Harry Potter. He even has ‘broom burn’ to prove it!

Funny or Die have made this video with Radcliffe which is excellent good on him for being such a good sport!

Incase you didn’t know, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 has invaded cinemas across the entire globe and will no doubt be showing at your local right now! You can follow all our coverage from the movie including interviews with loads of the cast here.

Well this has made my afternoon! I just got an email from the people who can make things happen at Universal Studios – the design team. They told me that something funny seemed to be happening on YouTube and that Despicable Me has taken over?!

Intrigued, I clicked the link (click the Minion image to take you there) to get an Error 404 Page NOT Found and then a Minion came to my help to try and remove a mark on my computer screen. After smashing my compuiter screen, the minions decided to start creating the Despicable Me YouTube page. No idea what I’m talking about? Well, click here and you see what I mean!

While you’re watching, click pause a few times when the trailer loads to see the Minions start doing some funky things!

Massive credit to the guys from HyperHappen.com and Feref.com who have made what I can only describe as the best marketing exercise for a movie I’ve ever seen.
