We’ve just been  sent a whole host of new clips from Eva Green’s new movie, Cracks which is released in cinemas December 4th.

Cracks is directed by Jordan Scott and also stars Juno Temple and María Valverde.

In an austere and remote all girls boarding school, the most elite clique of girls are the illustrious members of the schools’ diving team. DI, LILY, POPPY, LAUREL, ROSIE and FUZZY are the envy of their fellow pupils who watch on as the girls compete for the attention of their glamorous teacher MISS G (Eva Green). MISS G in turn thrives on the attention she receives from her girls and believes it is her role to teach them the ways of the world.

As Team Captain, DI is closest of all the girls to MISS G but her position is challenged when a beautiful Spanish girl, FIAMMA, arrives at the school and joins the diving team. DI, pulls rank as team captain and lays down the rules in an attempt to assert her position but MISS G is spellbound by FIAMMA’s beauty and maturity and becomes obsessed with her new favourite girl.

Earlier today I posted the new poster for Eva Green’s new movie, ‘Cracks’. This is the first movie that Jordan Scott has directed. Never heard of her? Well, she’s the director daughter of Ridley Scott. I expect Jordan will get annoyed being referred to as the daughter of Ridley but after watching this trailer, she may well make a name for herself and Ridley may become the father of Jordan!

The trailer looks magnificent and beautifully shot with a great soundtrack. It would seem that Jordan has picked up an awful lot of tips from her director father and uncle (Tony Scott) who both executive produce the movie. Cracks also stars Juno Temple (St Trinian’s, Te Other Boleyn Girl) María Valverde, and is released 4^th December.

Here’s the new poster (click to enlarge) for former Bond Girl, Eva Green’s latest movie, Cracks. It’s Executive Produced by brothers, Ridley and Tony Scott and is directed by the former’s daughter, Jordon Scott in her feature length debut. I guess she has the genes although that means we expect good things!

Empire Synopis: Set at an all-girls boarding school in 1934, Cracks sees the one-time Bond girl plays Miss G, an enigmatic-yet-alluring teacher who inspires fanatical loyalty within the small clique of girls in her diving team. However, when the arrival of a Spanish girl (María Valverde) as a new boarder throws their cosy world into flux, all manner of nastiness ensues and a new side of Miss G emerges.

It’s set for release in the UK 4th December.
