Dolph Lundren is currently on his press tour to promote his latest movie to hit DVD and Blu-ray this week, The Expendables. The movie was written and directed by Sylvester Stallone and had a cast which also saw Sylvester Stallone as the lead alongside, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Steve Austin, Terry Crews, Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Charisma Carpenter.

Our friends from Upbeat caught up with the legendary action hero, Dolph Lundren to chat about the movie.

The Expendables is currently available to buy on DVD and Blu-ray.

Charisma Carpenter will star opposite Ty Olsson in Crash Site according to THR, a Jack and Joseph Nasser produced indie thriller that has Jason Bourque set to direct.

The two will play a couple who, due to a car crash while on vacation in the woods, must fight their way back to civilisation. In order to do this, they will have to overcome injuries, ‘creepy critters’ and wild animals.

Fresh off the set of Lionsgate’s The Expendables, Carpenter is best known for her work on TV shows Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Veronica Mars. Olsson, on the other hand, is a veteran of V and featured in the much lamented Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.

The movie is both written and directed by Stallone as well as him playing the lead. It also stars Jason Statham, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Eric Roberts, Dolph Lundgren, Charisma Carpenter, Giselle Itie, Brittany Murphy, David Zayas and Amin Joseph.

The film follows a team of mercenaries on a mission to overthrow a South American dictator. Which I think basically gives them an excuse to blow up as much as they possibly can! AWESOME!
