Following the launch of the trailer for Star Wars Rebels earlier today Star Wars day (and May the Fourth be with you too…) continues apace with an official video from deep within the production of Star Wars: Episode VII.
Awesome in its perfunctory nature director JJ Abrams and long-time Star Wars stalwart Lawrence Kasdan speak into a phone camera and tell us that they are in London, missing their families, and working on the script for the new film. One does suspect that a Wookiee would peer into the frame towards the end but that’s what three prequels have done to us.
If you’ve returned from under a rock in the last few days here’s the big reveal of the cast, and yes – we are still excited about this and yes, we may well be working on a Video breakdown, analysing the body language of Abrams and working out exactly what the mistimed harmony (deliberate for sure…) on the ‘Star Wars’ towards the end means. Abrams does nothing by choice – there are clues here…
How long before this is re-upped with the obligatory over the top lens flare and Wilhelm scream? Come on you guys…
