One of the most successful franchises of all time comes to an end this year with the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.
The final adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s original novels hits the big screen this November, and we’ve seen plenty to suggest the series will give us a mammoth success in its final bow.
Following a new image of Kristen Stewart and young Mackenzie Foy as mother and daughter Bella and Renesmee Cullen, what looks to be the first character poster for the young Foy has now made its way online.
“The astonishing conclusion to the series, THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN, PART 2, illuminates the secrets and mysteries of this spellbinding romantic epic that has entranced millions.”
Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner naturally complete the leading trio alongside Stewart, with the usual excellent support headed up by Ashley Greene, Dakota Fanning, Michael Sheen, Nikki Reed, and Elizabeth Reaser.
Bill Condon returns behind the camera after directing the first instalment of the final two-parter, directing once more from a script by Melissa Rosenberg, who penned Breaking Dawn – Part 1.
Interestingly, the date on this new poster does differ from the original twenty-two posters we saw last month, bearing a 23rd November, rather than 16th November release date. It is of course possible, however, that the date refers to an international market (although no countries listed on IMDb bear the same date), so there is some question over its authenticity – but the background is the same as what we’ve seen so far, and the picture of Foy doesn’t look familiar from what’s been released, so it looks to me like the real deal!
