Universal launched the brilliant first red-band trailer back in September, giving us a hilarious first look at the upcoming comedy. And now following it nicely comes the first green-band trailer, via Fandango, giving us a new, and more work-appropriate, look at what is soon coming our way.

A couple with a newborn baby face unexpected difficulties after they are forced to live next to a fraternity house.

Rogen and Zac Efron star opposite each other in the leads, with Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Jason Mantzoukas, Craig Roberts, Ike Barinholtz, and Lisa Kudrow heading up a very promising ensemble cast.

Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) is at the helm, directing from a script written by Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien, both of whom are making their feature debuts as writers.

Rogen is of course coming off the back of the hugely successful summer comedy, This Is The End, with talk already buzzing about a possible sequel. Efron is coming off the back of Peter Landesman’s JFK assassination drama, Parkland, which made its debut on the festival circuit, and will soon be seen in That Awkward Moment, which lands a few months ahead of Neighbors.

Neighbors will be released in the US and UK on May 9th, 2014, which currently places it opening opposite Jon Favreau’s Chef and Tyler Perry’s Single Moms Club, the former of which could certainly vie for a similar audience demographic as Stoller’s comedy.
