Jason Moore, director of last year’s sleeper hit Pitch Perfect, is in final talks to direct Universal Pictures’ The Nest.
Tina Fey (Date Night), who recently wrapped up commitments on TV series 30 Rock, is attached to star in the Paula Pell-scripted comedy.
The Nest centers on two 30-something sisters who come home to find their parents’ house has been put up for sale, so they decide to spend a last wild weekend together. The other lead role is yet to be cast.
Fey will produce through her Little Stranger Inc., with filming expected to begin in the next few months.
