Over the weekend, speculation began over the title of the sequel to J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek movie and it now looks like it’s been confirmed. The new movie will be titled Star Trek Into Darkness. The news was broken by TrekMovie.com who give us the following information:
“TrekMovie has confirmed with multiple sources that Star Trek Into Darkness” has been selected as the title for the Star Trek movie. This news coincides with the 46th anniversary of the original Star Trek TV series which was celebrated on Google.com by this fantastic Google Doodle on Friday.
