Game-of-ThronesGame of Thrones is just days away from returning to the small screen, and the anticipation is naturally running on high. Season 3 is coming off the back of two very successful first seasons, with two Emmys to its name, a Golden Globe, and a lot more already.

In recent weeks, we’ve seen the extended first trailer, along with two new previews for the programme yesterday. And now HBO have released the second Game of Thrones trailer, ahead of its return at the end of the month.

Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Michelle Fairley, Natalie Dormer, Jack Gleeson, Kit Harrington, and Lena Headey reprise their roles from past episodes. And joining them for the new season are Iwan Rheon, Ciarán Hinds, Noah Taylor, Kerry Ingram, Charlotte Hope, Clive Russell, Mackenzie Crook, Paul Kaye, Nathalie Emmanuel, and many more.

Co-creators and long-time co-writers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will be making their television debut behind the camera this season, and it should be interesting to see what they’re like at the helm of their own programme.

Game of Thrones Season 3 will be returning to HBO on March 31st in the US, and will follow a day later here in the UK on 1st April on Sky Atlantic. Here’s the latest trailer to help make the wait that little bit easier.
