Frozen-UK-Teaser-Quad-PosterOf the few things we’ve seen from the next Disney animated movie, the Japanese teaser trailer for Frozen has by far been the most impressive.

The graphics look remarkable, the characters look brilliant, and the landscapes and fantastical designs look beautiful.

Due to hit cinemas towards the end of the year, the film launched with an altogether different first teaser trailer, that saw Olaf the snowman getting into trouble with the reindeer, Sven. And now Disney have released a new quad poster, teasing the very same snowman, who looks to be just about the coolest and most awesome snowman ever committed to the big screen.

Walt Disney Animation Studios, the studio behind “Tangled” and “Wreck-It Ralph,” presents “Frozen,” a stunning big-screen comedy adventure.

Fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.

Kristen Bell lends her voice as the female lead, Anna, with Jonathan Groff, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad, Santino Fontana, and Alan Tudyk lending their voices alongside her.

Chris Buck (Surf’s Up, Tarzan) and Jennifer Lee (Wreck-It Ralph) are behind the camera, with Lee making her feature directorial debut, having co-written Wreck-It Ralph for the studio.

Frozen will be released in 3D on November 27th in the US, ahead of its UK release date on 6th December. Whilst there are no guarantees, we’d be very surprised if the studio don’t launch a new trailer early next month at their D23 expo.
