Here’s the first rather nice poster for Brad Pitt’s new movie, Moneyball which sees Pitt as a baseball Manager doing his best to get his struggling team out of difficulties.
Moneyball is directed by Bennett Miller and also stars Kathryn Morris, Jonah Hill, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Robin Wright. Stan Chervin adapted the book Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game by Michael. M. Lewis before Aaron Sorkin was drafted in to rewrite the script.
The story of Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane ’s successful attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.
Moneyball hits the UK 4th November and the US 23rd September.
