Last week, I got to hang out in a fancy hotel room to chat with a Director who has a rather large passions for all the US Navy. This hobby has landed him a rather epic new movie which has the name Battleship and it’s sailing it’s way into UK cinemas in a couple of days time on the 11th April.
I got chatting to him about his new movie which stars Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Broolyn Decker and a lady named Rihanna. I ask him about working with Kitsch (who he worked with previously on TV show Friday Night Lights) and some of the main differences between shooting a TV series over a feature length $200m movie. I also ask him about 3D and whether that was every considered for Battleship and find out what the coolest thing he got to do while making the movie.
