Rush-Quad-PosterWith little more than a month to go before its arrival in the UK, StudioCanal have been gearing up nicely (pun not intended) for the release of Ron Howard’s latest, Rush.

Earlier in the week, Howard himself introduced the new trailer for the action/drama, charting the real-life rivalry between F1 drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda. And now a new quad poster has debuted over at Total Film, featuring the leading duo of Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Brühl.

RUSH portrays the exhilarating true story of two of the greatest rivals the world has ever witnessed—handsome English playboy James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and his methodical, brilliant opponent, Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl). Set against the sexy and glamorous golden age of Formula 1 racing, Rush follows the two drivers as they push themselves to the breaking point of physical and psychological endurance, where there is no shortcut to victory and no margin for error.

Hemsworth and Brühl play Hunt and Lauda, respectively, with Olivia Wilde, Alexandra Maria Lara, and Natalie Dormer completing the cast.

After working together on the Oscar-nominated Frost/Nixon, Howard and Peter Morgan are reuniting here once more, with the latter penning the script for the anticipated new movie.

Rush will be heading into UK cinemas on 13th September, with its US release date beginning in limited release on September 20th, before going wide on September 27th, following an appearance on the festival circuit at TIFF.
