21-and-Over-UK-Quad-PosterFollowing their brilliant success penning the script of The Hangover, Jon Lucas and Scott Moore are making their directorial debuts this year with 21 and Over. And judging by what we’ve seen from the film already, it’s going to be another hit for the duo.

The latest trailer landed earlier in the year, giving us a great new look at the film. And now Momentum have sent over the UK quad poster for the film, along with word that its release date has unfortunately been pushed back to May.

“Straight-A college student Jeff Chang has always done what’s expected of him. But when his two best friends Casey and Miller surprise him with a visit for his 21st birthday, he decides to do the unexpected for a change, even though his critical medical school interview is early the next morning. What was supposed to be one beer becomes one night of chaos, over indulgence and utter debauchery in this outrageous comedy.”

Miles Teller (Rabbit Hole, Project X) continues to make a name for himself here, starring in the leading trio alongside  Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect), Justin Chon (Twilight), with Sarah Wright (Parks and Recreation) completing the cast nicely.

Lucas and Moore are directing from their own script, with Oscar-nominated duo David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman (The Fighter, Monk) producing.

21 and Over will be released in the US in just a few weeks on 1st March. And its UK release date is now set for 3rd May. We had been hoping to see it at the end of March on our shores. And whilst the wait is naturally a shame, it looks like it should be worth the extra few weeks. For now, here’s the new quad poster, which you can click through to enlarge.
