To mark the release of John Carter (John Carter of Mars) being released on DVD and Blu-ray this Monday 2nd July, Disney Home Entertainment have given us this exclusive featurette which talks about the influence that Edgar Rice Burroughs’ John Carter of Mars books made on the world.

With interviews from Jon Favreau and Willem Dafoe, we get to see just how this story has impacted the world of film.
