You can’t deny that James Cameron knows how to sell a good movie! We’ve seen him do it countless times with the likes of Aliens, Terminator, Titanic and Avatar. Since he finished Avatar, he’s been working on bringing Titanic back to the big screen in 3D which sounds ridiculous but we’ve seen about 10 minutes of footage from it and it actually looked rather amazing even though it’s been done in post.
The first trailer for the return to the epic movie has just been released and although it’s not in 3D, the new remastered sound and visuals will show you what they’re hoping to achieve when it returns to cinemas to mark the 100th anniversary of the ship sinking (spoiler right there) in April 2012.
Titanic stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Billy Zane, Kathy Bates, Frances Fisher, Gloria Stuart, Bill Paxton, Bernard Hill, David Warner, Victor Garber, Jonathan Hyde, Suzy Amis and if you’ve never seen it, where the heck have you been?!
