Based on Dr. Seuss’ children’s book of the same name, Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda’s adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax is sure to be a huge hit when it comes out next year. We got the excellent first trailer for it last month, followed up by some great first look images just a few days later.

Yahoo Movies have now got a great video that takes a look inside the film, with short little interview with the cast cut together between clips of the film from the trailer, with the same awesome song by The Polyphonic Spree, Light & Day / Reach For The Sun, playing in the background.

Renaud and Balda worked together on last year’s brilliant animated success, Despicable Me, and judging by what we’ve seen so far, their work on this is giving us another fantastic film to look forward to next year.

Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax has a great cast lending their voices to the 3D animated feature, headed up by Zac Efron, Taylor Swift, Betty White, Ed Helms, and Danny DeVito as The Lorax himself.

“To find the one thing that will win the affection of the girl (Swift) of his dreams, a boy (Efron) must discover the story of the Lorax (DeVito), the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world.”

America will be getting this on 2nd March next year, which would have been Dr. Seuss’ 108th birthday (according to Wikipedia), but we’ve got a few months to wait to see it here, with its release date coming a little later on 27th July. Our release date was originally to be the end of March, so keep your fingers crossed that the release date will be pulled forward once more to that original date, because this really can’t come fast enough. It looks sure to be a favourite of people of all ages, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out. Without further ado, here’s the great look inside the film.
