Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures have released the first official poster for The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.
The Aventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is the first in a proposed trilogy of feature films based on the highly acclaimed comic-books created by Belgian artist, Georges ‘Herge’ Remi.
Directed by Steven Spielberg, the film stars Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Daniel Craig, Toby Jones, Tony Curran, Mackenzie Crook and Gad Elmaleh.
Synopsis: The film focuses on Tintin’s (Bell) first encounter with Captain Haddock (Serkis) and the discovery of a clue to the treasure of his ancestor Sir Francis Haddock. They set out to find it with protection from a prison escapee who tried to get the treasure, as well as Detectives Thompson and Thomson (Pegg and Frost).
The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is scheduled to open in UK cinemas on October 26th.
