It looks like new found best friends, Adam Sandler and Kevin James, are reuniting yet again for a new comedy called Valet Guys after pitching the idea to Sony Pictures Entertainment resulting in a “preemptive deal.”

Deadline reported that the story will be about two “veteran valet parking guys at a South Beach hotel who witness a murder and find themselves running for their lives.”  Long time partners Kevin James and Nick Bakay will be penning the script for the film.

You may not exactly know Bakay’s name but he is the guy who has been collaborating with James since his rise to stardom with The King of Queens along with the films like Paul Blart: Mall Cop and his soon to be released film, Zookeeper.

You can probably make a bet that somewhere in the film you may see Rob Schneider, Chris Rock and maybe even David Spade since they all are very good friends and even appeared together in Sandler’s latest comedy, Grown Ups.  Don’t forget, James and Sandler were also stars in their “buddy” comedy, I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry making Valet Guys the pair’s third film together.

All we can do now is wait, but what do you think of the idea behind Valet Guys?  Does it have any potential or is it just another run-of-the-mill action comedy?  Let us know in the comments section below.
