Yesterday I posted a rather cool video from the set of Captain America which showed extras / stuntmen running from a building followed by a car blowing up. It was rather cool! This morning, the Daily Mail and Captain America Filming in Manchester (Photos courtesy of Barry John – barryjohnphotography.com) have posted some new images with one which apparently shows the first sighting of Hayley Atwell who plays Peggy Carter in the movie. Unfortunately the shot is quite far away but we have no reason to doubt them.
Captain America: The First Avenger has been shooting in the UK for a while now. We got to visit a set in Surrey, it them moved in and around London and is now shooting up in Manchester. We’ve been bombarding you somewhat with images and videos but we know many of you love it so we’ll keep them coming.
Captain America is directed by Joe Johnston and stars and stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Hugo Weaving, the beautiful Hayley Atwell, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci, Neal McDonough and Toby Jones.
