Inception Simplified

Something funny for a Sunday.

Inception is a film that has really split the opinions of movie journalists. I’m a big big fan of Nolan’s intelligent, highly original and entertaining film and I definitely haven’t agreed with a lot of the negatives thrown at my favourite film of the year so far.

However, I recently found the below picture surfing the web and it definitely made me chuckle and in fact makes a whole lot of sense. What was the point of Cobb’s intentions to complete a highly dangerous mission just to be able to return home to see his kids again when this explanation solves 148 minutes of action, brain bending plot and complex layers of dreams.

I still love Inception and it’s still my No.1 film of the year, but when you see stuff like this you have to appreciate the simple explanation that completely ruins the motive of the whole film.

Enjoy.

Yeah! I really like these sequences… Inception is the number 1, but these are very good for a laugh! =D

Yeah, because having his kids running around with him while he’s being hunted down down by a powerful corporation to be killed across Europe wouldn’t be dangerous for his children at all. He would be being a GOOD father if he put his children’s lives at risk, instead of being selfless and trying to reunite with them the safe way. (eye roll so massive they go into the back of my skull) Oh and this has been on the internet for like a month.

The kids cant be with him because everybody still considers him a killer. So the kids current guardian doesnt want the kids with him but its only when he gets back to America that means his charges are clear and the kids can be with him.
