New Image from Conan Sees Momoa Looking Mean!

A couple of weeks ago we put up the first official image from the new Conan movie which sees Jason Momoa take on the role as Conan the Barbarian which was originally made famous by Arnold Schwarzenegger back in the 1982 movie.

Well, here’s the second image from the movie released by Lionsgate on The Conan Movie Blog where we get to see Momoa with blood all over him looking rather angry. I have a feeling a lot of the movie will feature him with that sort of look on his face!

Conan is directed by Marcus Nispel and also stars Ron Perlman, Stephen Lang, Rachel Nichols, Rose McGowan, Raw Leiba, Saïd Taghmaoui and is based on the stories by Robert E. Howard written in 1932.

Not buff enough! Even the original Conan magazine series presented an extremely muscular character. How menacing can a slender barbarian be…really? The acting and story better step up if they want it to work.

not as bad as u think its gonna be , if u get a body builder to play this role the acting will suck totally. He is really good in stargate and he has put on heaps of size give him a chance .

just a quick heads up conan wore armour lots of armour he didint have a special sword ..he WAS as thick as 2 planks until he became king of aqualonia ( by accident) he couldnt read or right the neast real era i could place him in would be 12th – 13th century oh and the only thing the original film got right was he was a slave as a boy and found the tomb of a dead king to shelter in anything after that in the film is rubbish and the quoye” you want to live for ever ” said by valeria in the movie was said by conans first love Belit a female pirate he sailed with when he was known as amra the lion here endth the first lesson lol
