Tamara Drewe – New Images Appear

This year’s festival at Cannes played host to the premiere of the Stephen Frears big screen adaptation of Posy Simmonds’ Guardian comic strip Tamara Drewe, and its mixture of filth and stiff upper lips made a decent impression on the assembled critics.

Our man in Cannes gave us his review here and I can’t wait to see Gemma Arterton’s next steps following the blockbuster hopping in the midst of the Disappearance of Alice Creed.

So here we are, with a September the 10th UK release date looming on the horizon here’s five more images to get you in the mood.

Kudos to Blogomatic3000 for these images, and many other things besides.
