Last night, Yahoo released the new trailer for Disney rom-com, You Again which sounds awful in principle but when you see the trailer, it has small amounts of potential. The movie stars Kirsten Bell who goes ballistic when she finds out her brother is going to marry her school nemesis. Her mother (Jamie Lee-Curtis) can’t understand the problem until she realises that his fiance’s mother is also her nemesis (Sigourney Weaver)!
You Again is directed by Andy Fickman and also stars Kristin Chenoweth and Odette Yustman. Here’s the official synopsis which might do a better job explaining it than I did!
Successful PR pro Marni heads home for her older brother’s wedding and discovers that he’s marrying her high school arch nemesis, who’s conveniently forgotten all the rotten things she did so many years ago. Then the bride’s jet-setting aunt bursts in and Marni’s not-so-jet-setting mom comes face to face with her own high school rival.
