Can someone confirm....did they actually leave Farrah Fawcett out of the In Memoriam part? I didn't see her mentioned at all. And if that's the case....shame on Adam Shankman and Co.

Otherwise, it was a static show. A couple of highlights, but predictable and somewhat messy. Parts were too rushed, others dragged. Happy about The Hurt Locker though. I was pulling for that one.

I'd like to watch it this morning please, with all the nominations announced, and the hurt but brave looks on the losers faces, and the joy on the winners. Will there be a tv programme of it - or was I supposed to stay up all night to watch it?

Keanu's beard rocks - as do beards around the world!

I'm so glad Avatar didn't win best picture. That would have been a kick in the teeth for films with the quality of most of the other nominees. It picked up all the visual awards which it very much deserved. Show-wise I thought Martin and Baldwin did a good job in general and my life feels slightly more complete after seeing somebody body popping to an Alexandre Desplat score.

Keanu's beard continues to confuse me.
