Teaser Trailer: Legend of the Guardians

I’m not sure what inspired Warner Bros. to make a movie about owls but from the trailer, it looks like it could be a great decision! We’ve seen them all in Harry Potter and to be honest, I think Hedwig is one of my favourite characters so I’m already seeing mileage in it!

Legend of the Guardians is a movie based around the series of books by Kathryn Lasky called Guardians of Ga’hoole. The movie is directed by Zack Snyder (300) and features voices from Emilie de Ravin, Abbie Cornish, Hugo Weaving, Helen Mirram, Geoffrey Rush, Sam Neill and Jim Sturgess. Quite an impressive cast I have to say.

Don’t be put off by the fact it’s a load of Owls talking at you, check out the trailer from Yahoo which I’ve embedded below and then let us know what you think. Legend of the Guardians is scheduled for release 15th October and no doubt we’ll see more from it in the coming months.

    Everyone loves Owls… probably the least offensive bird there is! hahaha.
    This will be a hit with the kids, not something I'm really interested in tho.
