Toy Story Tuesday: Twitch the Insect Warrior

Every week on a Tuesday, Disney Pixar have given us a new character to feast our eyes on from Toy Story 3 which is released 23rd July this year.

Today we get to meet Twitch, a mix between man and insect courtesy of SlashFilm. If you’ve missed any of the previous characters, you can cathc up on all of them + the rest of our Toy Story 3 coverage here.

Twitch Description: Meet Twitch, the insectaloid warrior, where MAN + INSECT = AWESOME! This sturdy action figure stands over five inches tall, with more than 15 points of articulation, including ferocious chomping mandibles. Use his powerful wings and impenetrable exoskeleton to evade capture! Twitch is meticulously detailed and includes his signature magical battle staff and removable chest armor. For children ages 4 and up. Other insectaloid figures sold separately.

Toy Story 3 features the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Don Rickles, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Estelle Harris, John Morris, Laurie Metcalf, R. Lee Ermey, Jodi Benson, Ned Beatty, Bonnie Hunt, Timothy Dalton, Jeff Garlin, Whoopi Goldberg and Michael Keaton. The movie is directed by Lee Unkrich.

    Some of the new characters look great, but I cant help but think they are ruining it a bit by giving out all the new characters now…personally I would have rather they just left it till the film was released. Suppose they need to build the hype a bit more though.
