In the US, when the Super Bowl comes around, you’ll suddenly see film companies bringing out new trailers and TV spots for their biggest movies as the audience for the game is so huge! Yahoo have released the new Robin Hood TV spot which I’ve embedded below. It’s so odd for me watching this as a lot of the scenes in it I have visited when I went to the set six or so months ago. I recorded my whole experience on video and I’ve put it in a post here.
Robin Hood is directed by Ridley Scott and stars Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, Mark Strong, Danny Huston, Matthew Macfadyen and William Hurt. This new TV spot shows us loads of footage that we’ve not seen before and i now want to see this movie more than ever. It looks like Gladiator in a forest!
It’s scheduled for release 14th May.
