Paul Rudd Joins Zach Galifianakis in New Comedy, Will

Paramount Pictures knew they were on to a good thing in bringing together Paul Rudd and Zach Galifianakis for the forthcoming comedy Dinner for Schmucks and so have signed up the pair for a high concept comedy film Will, according to THR.

If you ever thought that your life was being controlling by the Gods then this is the film for you, as Will is the story of a heavenly scribe (Galifianakis) who quits his job writing the life of Paul Rudd’s character, enabling Rudd’s train of destiny to veer wildly off course.

Sounds like a pretty fun idea, and with the directing team behind Little Miss Sunshine, Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, behind the lens once more and Taking Woodstock star Demetri Martin scripting this film is packed with talent and looks to be a good addition to Paramount’s slate.
