Yes I feel this review doesn't know what the hell it is talking about. To even compare it to Galactica is embarrassing for the reviewer. This show had amazing depth. “Soap opera moments” were totally NOT what was going on with the exploration of the Connor family domestics. The relationships between family and quasi-family members was for more Freudian and confused than the average soapie could ever manage. It is to their shame this show was ever cancelled.

Given the sheer volumes of letters and emails Fox have openly stated they've been inundated with, taking into consideration the numerous Twitter accounts and websites dedicated to saving the show that have popped up since its cancellation, and given that a massive campaign to save the show has and is continuing to this day, one that has led to the network now considering continuing the series in the form of made-for-dvd movies, I would have to say I see a lot to argue against your claim not many people have mourned its cancellation.

Apart from that, good article.
