Very interesting, but I can't necessarily agree with this fella. He states that the possibility of Skynet is dependent upon the idea that our "mind develops from our brains". If the possibility exists that our brains are mere conduits for our minds, that mind and brain are interdependent but only to allow our mental selves to interact as human beings with physical reality, then it is also possible that a computer brain could also become such a conduit. There are some scientific studies on the go trying to prove this latter idea is actually the case and other military experiments are said to have shown that mind extends beyond the brain (at the very least). So who knows, maybe Skynet is a possibility as is any robot brain become actually conscious in a complete, living and self-aware, self-perpetuating and self-preserving sense.

Either way, I don't think we are scientifically advanced enough to definitely claim that mind absolutely comes from the brain. The only thing we know for sure is that the brain exists and our mind uses it.
