Starting off with this film, I wasn’t too impressed by the actors, special effects, or the trailer.
I thought it was going to be a sad excuse for an end of the world film. I am quite shocked to say that I loved 2012! I couldn’t get enough of it.
It was quite scary when you think about it and pretty suspenseful. I am impressed

In 2012, cataclysmic earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tidal waves send John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Woody Harrelson and Thandie Newton racing across the globe toward a modern-day Noah's ark. Director Roland Emmerich says he was inspired by the ancient Mayan doomsday prophecy and other jittery theories as he prepared to go back to the future. "I'm glad every two years visual effects take a leap forward," says the disaster master. "But it all starts with a concept, not effects." And that concept is? "The characters have to get aboard a ship or they're dead. The government people all know what's happening and have moral discussions about whether they're doing the right thing. John Cusack plays one of the people who don't know, and he views the disasters as a way to reconcile his life. Then there's Woody Harrelson, the crazy guy in the middle who thinks it's all about spaceships. There's a balance between intimate scenes, action and laughs, and people who've seen it told me they cried. That balance doesn't work every time; this time it really does." Download HERE <a href="http://www.zml.com/?did=6520" rel="nofollow">http://www.zml.com/?did=6520</a>

Pretty much all the money on this movie has been spent on the CGI which is both good and bad. the Script is average but i think when you go to watch this movie, you're going for a rollercoaster ride rather than a decent screenplay. <br><br>Will you like it, I dont know and I dont want to say yes to then find you hated it! If you liked Independence Day and The Day After Tomorrow, chances are you'll like this.

Hi Dave... I read a really poor review of this movie - that the plot and script sucks, and the only redeeming qualities are the CGI effects. What say you? Will I like it?
